I frequently bake with yogurt; however, I have never attempted to make whipped cream with it. What a genius idea. I can’t wait to dress up a bowl of roasted fruit with this.

BTW. . .this cake looks divine. I love the way the plums are giving a little pick-a-boo effect. . .so elegant.
