One box of fudge stripe cookies contains 24. One bag of the marshmallows contains more than 24. You really don&#039;t use much of the green candy melts or green cake sparkles, so one of each will be more than enough. Really, the only variable is the dark chocolate candy melts. I would purchase two or three bags knowing that I could return any unopened bags. I&#039;d rather make a return trip after the 17th than have to run out for more chocolate in the middle of the project.  All of this should be enough to make 24 hats.
