I am hoping to make this for my son's 18th birthday. Did you double the nestle recipe? Or did you have to do more than that? It's so beautiful!!

This looks amazing and perfect for a friend’s birthday next weekend! Is one batch each of the cookie dough and buttercream enough to make this 12 layer cake? Thanks in advance :)

Martha Stewart makes a cookie cake. Same concept but individual cookies are layered 9 regular cookies per layer. Frosting is Made with whipping cream and confectioners sugar for stabilizing and spread over each layer. Repeat till all 5 layers are added. It's dreamy!! Makes 5 layers. Put in fridge until ready to serve. Cut with sharp knife. Cookies soften as cookie-cake sets for several hours to overnight. Top with whipping cream and Mini chocolate chips! A favorite! Going to try yours.. Looks amazing too. Buttercream will be a nice option.
