Position: Writer
Location: Remote
General Description: This is a part-time, freelance writing position with competitive pay. You will work directly with our editorial team to create two to four posts per month.
Requirements Include:
- A passion for cakes and baking. Although, professional baking experience is not required for this position.
- A great sense of style with an eye for beautiful cakes and desserts
- An avid Pinner with additional social media experience, including Twitter, Facebook, Google + and Instagram
- Food writing experience, with preference given to blogging experience
- Must have strong communication skills with the ability to present self in a professional manner
- Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with The Cake Blog
